INFORMATION PROVISION
We hereby inform that:

  1. Administrator of Your personal data is AUDE sp. z o.o. seated in Warsaw (02-620), ul. Puławska 118A, KRS 0000216511, REGON 015796792, NIP 5252306020, e-mail: biuro@aude.pl (hereinafter referred to as “Administrator”
  2. Your personal details will be processed for the following purposes:
    • Sending electronic newsletter by the Administrator and sending information about products, services, promotions and competitions organized by the Administrator – on the basis of a permission provided (article 6 item 1 letter a GDPR),
    • Direct marketing – with regard to Administrator’s justified interest (article 6 item 1 letter f GDPR),
    • Sending commercial information via email in accordance with article 10 item 2 of the Act on Electronic Services of 18 July 2002 (Dz. U. of 2017, pos. 1219, as amended) – on the basis of a permission provided,
    • Using telecommunication terminal devices and automated calling systems for direct marketing purposes in accordance with article 172 of Telecommunications Law of 16 July 2004 (Dz. U. of 2017 pos. 1907, as amended) – on the basis of a permission provided;
  3. The personal details can be shared with the following categories of recipients:
    • Computer systems and IT services providers to the Administrator,
    • Marketing agencies and other entities providing services to the Administrator, which are necessary for website maintenance purposes, ongoing contact with customers etc.
    • Public organs, institutions or third parties authorized to accessing the personal data on the basis of applicable law;
  4. Your personal details shall be processed until consent withdrawal or placing an objection against data processing – in cases of User data processing on the basis of a separate agreement to receive a newsletter or on the basis of article 6 item 1 letter e or f GDPR, including direct marketing purposes;
  5. Providing personal data is voluntary, but also necessary to receive a newsletter, and the lack of consent to provide your data will result in the impossibility to receive a newsletter from the Administrator;
  6. The Administrator does not process Your personal data with the use of automated decision making tools, including profiling;
  7. You have the right to request that the Administrator provides you with access to your data, data correction and removal, limiting data processing or transferring the data;
  8. You have the right to disagree to your personal details being processes, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time; consent withdrawal does not impact the legality of the processing made on the basis of the consent prior to its withdrawal;
  9. If you decide the processing of personal data by the Administrator violates GDPR regulations, you have the right to place a complaint to the supervising organ (i.e. President of Data Protection Office).
