Employees’ learning experience after COVID-19

Will e-learning become the only option of training formats after months of remote working? I would like to start the conversation about the learning experience - by the small survey.

Last two weeks I was bombarded with ‘E-learning Worksheets’ for preschoolers and motivational quotes about crisis and leadership. Here is one example:

Within crisis, are the seeds of opportunity.

From the e-learning worksheets I learnt the words: ‘proboscis’ and ‘honeycomb’ and discovered the meaning of ‘to drone’ in the context of bees and hives. My second learning is that the author of this quote is Marilyn Monroe. Now this quote will be an opening slide of my online workshops…online as #suddenlyremote dominated our workstyle. We are trying to cope with new realities armored with Zooms, Teams, Murals, Looms, whiteboards and better online M&Ms (make up and mike) wearing our new WFH fashion collection 😉

How to design learning experience now?

#stayhome is crucial so as planning the future of our #futureproof organizations and slowly and firmly we can start thinking about the learning experience in the post-corona virus times. To find the seeds of opportunity, I would like to start the conversation about the learning experience design. #elearning will be blooming in the garden of training formats, but is it the only option? Take the survey. Four mandatory questions, approx. 5 minutes of reflecting and clicking the options. In exchange we will be sharing great ideas and explain some workshop designs as ‘fluid learning experience’ and discuss how to embed new workstyle into the organizational design.
